The Bulldogs are in danger of losing highly-respected chief executive Raelene Castle.
Castle is under contract to the club until the end of 2018 but is being head-hunted by several leading sports in her homeland of New Zealand.
Castle was recently spotted back in the Shaky Isles and is believed to be considering a return home to be closer to family.
Castle made her name as head of netball in New Zealand – a sport with a massive profile in the land of the long white cloud.
The only female CEO in the NRL, Castle has been a strong and impressive leader of the Bulldogs since joining the club in a blaze of publicity in 2013.
The club has been through some tough times since then but Castle has held the club together and will be hard to replace.
